Pinellas county offers some of the best high school in the state , and Pinellas Soccer Officials Association welcomes officials from all stages of their officiating career to join us in experiencing these fantastic matches and providing a consistent and fair enviornment for students.

PSOA is proud to have many high-level current and emeritus USSF referees among its ranks. We are committed to developing new referees and helping them get where they want to go within the high school officials' community.

Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) and NFHS use Arbiter as their central hub for officials. When prompted, please select Pinellas Soccer Officials Association as your primary soccer association to be automatically forwarded to our system.
